Hello Policy Passport Team,

We’d like to let you know about a Policy Passport system update that has recently gone live.

First and foremost, we want to reassure you that these changes are intended to support you.

They’re not about adding complexity or creating extra admin work. Instead, the focus is on improving visibility, reporting, and access to information, based largely on feedback and requests from Policy Passport administrators.

What this means in practice

In practical terms, these updates are intended to make it easier for you to:

  • See assignment history more clearly, not only completions

  • Download a complete and up-to-date policy register when needed

  • Access richer reporting on question performance without manual rework

  • Understand exactly what is being exported from the system

  • Report more clearly on Libraries and document groupings

  • Take common admin actions more quickly

What’s been improved:

1. User Passport enhancement
User Passports now display the full assignment history, not only completed items.

2. New and improved reports

Policy Register Report:
You can now download a complete policy register with full details for all files on Policy Passport.

Questions Performance Report
Added to the list functionality

This report now includes correct vs incorrect answer counts and accuracy percentages.

3. Admin user profile improvements
All available actions for an individual user are now accessible at the top of their profile via the Quick Actions Bar.

4. Library reporting feature
The library can now be selected as a field in custom reports. Reports clearly indicate which Library each document belongs to.

We understand that system updates can sometimes feel disruptive, even when they’re positive. Please be assured that these changes are aimed at improving clarity and ease of use, not increasing administrative burden.

If you have any questions, would like help locating a report, or want to confirm how something works in your environment, please reach out.

We’re here to support you.

Thank you for everything you do to keep policies visible, accessible, and well-managed.
