The school holidays already feel like a distant memory. The traffic has seen to that.
Back at work, some of you are working towards the 31 July FIC deadline, others are reviewing whistleblowing arrangements following the draft Protected Disclosures Bill, and the usual annual policy reviews have not taken the month off either.
With documents moving again, here is the small admin step that is easy to miss:
The previous sign-off stays with the previous version.
When a policy changes, upload the new version, send it to the right users and collect fresh acknowledgements. Your earlier record remains useful history; the new one shows who received the version currently in use.
