When rolling out a policy, a surprising amount of time can go into writing questions to check understanding.
It’s necessary work, but it can slow the rollout down, especially when several policies need to be distributed at once.
This month, we’ve added a small helper inside Policy Passport to make that step easier.
Introducing: the AI Question Generator!
When you upload a policy, the system can generate a first draft of comprehension questions based on the document.
Review, edit, keep what works, discard the rest. AI helps with the first draft; you keep the final say, removing the blank page and speeding up question creation.
Rather than trying to explain the mechanics in a newsletter, we’ll demonstrate it live during our next Feature Friday session on Friday, 27 March.
Because we work in the compliance space, we introduce AI carefully. Your policy data remains secure and is never used to train external AI models.
