It’s onboarding season!
You’re all using Policy Passport already and some of you are using it so well you’ve apparently named your office goldfish after it. Yes. Really.
Last year a client sent us a photo of two office goldfish. Their names? Policy and Passport. We laughed and cheered, possibly a bit too much, because it’s not every day you meet people quite as enthusiastic about policy distribution software as we are. But once the laughter settled, we realised how unexpectedly poetic it was.
Because office goldfish behave exactly how policies should behave. Everyone knows where they are. They’re easy to find, easy to look after, and they don’t create work just by existing.
It’s the ideal state. Especially during onboarding.
If that’s already your experience, brilliant. You’re swimming smoothly.

This really is worth making a priority.
While we’re here, a small housekeeping note: This years’ Training Thursday and Feature Friday are shifting to a quarterly schedule. Same sessions, just spaced out a little more. Think fewer splashes in busy diaries, and more room to make each one genuinely worthwhile.
